All things flavorful cross my plate and I enjoy creating anything and everything that is both unique and mouth watering. I'm usually found with a bulb of garlic in one hand and EVOO or a great Virginia wine in the other. As the Associate Food Service Director at Shepherd University I've been tasked to rework traditional favorites in creative ways, such a mac and cheese with Fontina, Gorgonzola and Pepper Jack for spice. I also enjoy testing and tasting new products and equipment for "Get Your Grlll On" and "The Cook's Kitchen".
