Spice Bags - Versatile and Reusable
I first saw the Regency Wraps bags in the farmer’s market’s gadget section and bought the pack….just because. Yup, a true confession of an impulse shopper. After hanging onto the four-pack for some time, I finally used one bag for a Bouquet Garni in Split Pea Soup. It was idyllic since the Bouquet Garni was be removed from the soup with ease and without issue.
The company prides itself on it’s merchandise — of which there is a large variety. Case in point: “Regency Wraps manufactures cooking accessories for the top chefs in the Foodservice Industry and our Gourmet Retail line makes chef grade products available for the chef at home.” I have only used the Spice Bags.
The 100% cotton mesh drawstring bags are great to use for holding any combination of spices or herbs. They also work for teas and/or sachets. So, next time you’re fishing out herbs that went a rye in your soup or stew, think about picking up a Spice Bag, available online on Amazon, The Kitchen Store, or Chef Tools.
