					<description>I have one of those baking pans with air in the middle, which I think is great for baking cookies--the bottoms don't brown out before the rest of the cookie is done, given them a more homogeneous texture.

However, I still covet a real baking sheet, sturdy, with raised sides. Like the ones they use in restaurants. And the first choice on this list. Too bad I just don't have the storage space--I almost bought one a few weeks ago, but for that.</description>
