					<description>That is hilarious...yet practical.  My mother and grandmother are notorious for having the turkey fall completely apart when they try to get it out of the roasting pan, and in the past we've ended up with a terrifying (but still delicious) centerpiece of turkey parts piled on a plate.</description>
