Getting a Feel For It: Braille in the Kitchen


Induction Close upFor the more than 10 million vision impaired folks in North America, working in the kitchen can be a hazzard. The smart folks at Diva de Provence have come up with one handy innovation– Braille symbols to be used as guides with their induction cooktops that enable users to more easily identify the burners and their settings. The markings sit under the controls enabling changes in heat level with a sliding finger.
