					<description>I want one of those too. The ONLY negative comments I have read mention that they don't like moisture, (even leaving them outside overnight is a no-no) which is not enough to scare me off.</description>

					<description>I got one of these last Christmas from my wife... It's the best thermometer I've used.  I use some remote thermometers to measure chamber and meat temps, but I always check with the Thermapen.  There's nothing better for not losing chamber temp than being able to open up, check a temp in a few seconds, and get back out!</description>
