Put some rice in there and pulverize it some, then pour it out. It picks up some of the oils, as well. The Magic Bullet. What I like about it over a coffee grinder is that it's an enclosed unit, so the spices don't make a mess as much as they do with the coffee grinders, and I think it more thoroughly grinds, too.
