If you like roasted garlic, check out the Roasted Garlic Express. It’s a countertop electric cooker that roasts garlic in less than 30 minutes, about half the time it takes in a regular oven.
You prepare the garlic bulb as you normally would for baking — cutting off the tips but leaving the peel and root attached. Drizzle it with olive oil and seasonings, then place it in the roaster.
